Marrickville Town Hall
The two storeyed red brick building features sandstone dressings consists of 3 halls. The main hall was often used as a dance
venue from the 1920s in to the 1950s and is now the Go Dance, Australian Institute of Latin Dance Training Facility on Tuesday &
Thursday nights. When opened, Marrickville Town Hall was the second largest in Sydney. Only Sydney Town Hall was larger.
The auditorium is flanked by a large gallery, stage facilities, balcony to the side, distinctive wood panelling, high ceiling fans
and a max capacity of 500 people makes this place the ideal grounds to train in.
